 The Town of Belle was incorporated in 1958.The town is located approximately 15 miles west of Montgomery on the historic Midland Trail. The incorporated limits cover from east at Orchard Avenue (Larry K. Conley Bridge) and west to Stubb Drive. At the last census, the town had 1,259 residents The Town Hall, Police Department, and Community Center are located at the corner of 11th Street and DuPont Avenue. Also within the Community Center are a gym, weight room, large meeting room, and kitchen. The gym and meeting room are available for rental for parties, dances, showers, etc.. Town Hall office hours: Monday - Friday 8am-11:30am and 12:30pm-4:30pm Town Council meetings are the third Tuesday of each month at 7pm. Meetings are held at Town Hall. |
